Den Blumekohl mit Ei und Käse vermengen
Mit Guarkernmehl bestreuen, Salz würzen und vermengen
Ein Pizzablech oder Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen
Die Hälfte des Teiges auf dem Backpapier dünn ausstreichen, nicht zu dick da die Pizza sonst zu weich bleibt, gerade so, dass man kein Backpapier mehr durchscheinen sieht
Das gleiche mit der 2ten Hälfte für die 2te Pizza
Man kann auch alles auf ein Blech streichen für eine „Familienpizza“
Nun für 20 Minuten auf 200°C Umluft backen
Die Pizza dünn mit Pizza Soße bestreichen
Und nach Belieben belegen
Dann für weitere 10-15 Minuten wieder in den Ofen geben um fertig zu backen
